Step into the Wasteland with your own T-45D Power Armor Kit — a life-sized, unassembled cosplay kit inspired by the iconic Fallout universe! Built from durable ABS plastic and designed for full-body wear, this kit gives you everything you need to create your own towering Mechsuit look — minus the Brotherhood of Steel membership.

This listing is for the UNASSEMBLED KIT ONLY. Parts will arrive in multiple pieces to keep shipping costs reasonable. Assembly, trimming, painting, and customization will be required by the buyer. Reference photos show what the finished armor can look like once fully assembled and detailed.

✅ Full Set of Vacuum-Formed ABS Armor Shells – Includes chest, arms, legs, and torso components based on the FO4 Mechsuit variant
✅ Unassembled T-45D Helmet Kit – Comes with 3D-printed parts, visor lenses, and detailed components
✅ Straps, Buckles & EVA Foam Roll – Raw components included; buyer customizes fitting
✅ Corrugated Tubing & Theatrical Add-Ons – For screen-accurate detail and rugged realism

⚙️ WHAT YOU NEED TO ASSEMBLE:
• Hot glue gun or contact cement
• Industrial-strength glue sticks or brush-on adhesive
• Basic tools (scissors, knife, drill, etc.)
• Additional EVA foam as needed for your size (starter roll included)

🔧 DETAILS & SIZING:
• One size fits most (adjustable with included straps & foam)
• Ideal for display, cosplay, conventions, photoshoots, and film production
• Compatible with undersuit/exosuit builds if desired
• All parts come unpainted and require buyer trimming/fitting
