Refund policy

XPOSED DESIGNS LLC – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Xposed Designs LLC creates handmade, thermoformed, and 3D-printed cosplay products. Due to the nature of our items, we maintain the following return, refund, and cancellation policies.

1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on non-custom, non-modified items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
  • Item must be unused and unassembled
  • Item must be returned in original condition
  • Item must include all parts/accessories
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Custom-made items
  • Custom paint/weathering work
  • Full commission builds
  • Items altered, sanded, trimmed, or modified by the customer
  • Mystery boxes or clearance items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper assembly, or neglect

3. Reporting Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and the damaged parts
  • We will offer replacements or solutions based on the situation
Damage caused by customer error or modification is not eligible for return.

4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive the return:
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges, but customers may:
  • Return eligible item(s) for a refund (if applicable)
  • Reorder the desired item

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” but missing:
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier
  • Resolutions depend on carrier results
  • We cannot guarantee replacement for theft after delivery

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund unless production has started.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work begins.

8. International Returns
International customers may return eligible items but are responsible for:
  • All return shipping costs
  • Customs forms and declarations
  • Any duties or fees charged upon re-entry
